Volunteer opportunities Columnist needed for Moms of Angels Outreach Newsletter This opportunity is no pay but it's a chance to help mother's who have lost babies or children as well as getting writing exposure. This opportunity is only available to those who have had miscarriages, still births, infant loss, SIDS, accidents etc. Basically children birth +. If you are interested in this position contact: Supportstaff@momsofangels.org REQUIREMENTS: Must have lost a baby/child-Miscarriages do count. Must have at least 1 year writing experience. Please turn in 2 writing samples pasted in the body of your e-mail, any attachments will not be opened. In the subject line be sure to type "Columnist Position" If your writing samples are accepted you will receive a writing application to complete and return. This position is more than writing, you have to be willing to committ to 2 online outreach meetings a month and willing to moderate occasional chats. Do not apply if you will not be able to committ to such an outreach.   Substitute writer needed! The Moms of Angels writing staff is in need of a substitute writer for the newsletter.  This writer will be on standby in the event that one of our columnists is unable to write for the newsletter for that month.  This writer will be notified in advance to give them time to pull something together for the newsletter.  If you are interested please contact the support staff requesting an application.  Remember that this is an outreach and all postitions are on a voluntary basis with NO PAY!  If you have a writing talent we would love you to share it with us. supportstaff@momsofangels.org     Poems and Articles are welcomed! We welcome poems and articles, anything having to do with a loss!  We try our best to post 1 poem and 1 article into the newsletter.  If you submit something and do not see it in a newsletter they will eventually be published. Please be sure you include who wrote the poem and or article due to copyright and privacy reasons. If this is not included we will be unable to publish it in the newsletter! Written permission may be required from site you retrieved poems and or articles from.   Angel Mom Stories! As you have read in earlier newsletters we have one angel mom story a month published in the newsletter! Please feel free to submit your story at any time, we take care of the proofreading etc. Due to the wide responses of many of you we are booked through August 2008 with stories. We publish the stories in the order we receive them! Get those stories in J Also the angel mom story that is featured for the month also has the opportunity to have their family photo and or precious angel and story published on the Moms of Angels website for other angel moms to view but this is strictly by consent! All stories are protected by Moms of Angels. You as the author of your story instantly become copyrighted with moms of Angels so it is protected and can not be used outside of the newsletter unless you grant written permission to do so. supportstaff@momsofangels.org

If you do not have one and wish to, here are two sites that are free, one is for baby’s under 2 years of age and the other is for 2 and up. We are the only ones that know how each other feels!  Many try to tell us to move on!  These words definitely don't help us and make us feel worse!  Thats why we created this website so that you know you have a place to go and to encourage you through this difficult new journey as a parent!
